Summeroutfit.

Now it’s summer temperatures here in Sweden (at last!!). We walk around in shorts and t-shirts, maybe a cardigan if it’s windy or a bit cold. I’ve used my favorite gladiatorshoes so many times already, I just love them! My favorite outfit in the summer is a pair of jeansshorts, a thin white shirt with long sleeves and sandals. I know it sounds wierd with the long sleeved thing, but if it’s made in a thin fabric it looks awesome and summerish. The shirt can have a marine touch because it’s always freash. I like a top I saw at Gina Tricot. It was long sleeved with yellow stripes and small buttoms at one shoulder. Very pretty. The coise of shoes depends on where you’re going. If your about to party you might want to wear heels and for a sightseeing in the city you might wanna wear flats. I’ll show two pair of shoes for this outfit because of that. I think a pair of a little bit more rough shoes fits to this outfit. I thinks it gets to pretty otherwise.

If you have a shirt in a light color you can wear darker shorts. It gives your outfit an edgy look.

New Moon news!

Sorry for the bad updates. I’ve been sucky at updating my blod the last couple of months. I don’t really have the motivation but at the same time I wanna write. I want the world  to read something I have written. Well, I really I don’t have that much viewers every day. Anyway, the wether is great and before I got stuck in front of the computer I was sitting in a sunchair on our balcony, enjoying the sun in shorts (I’m trying to get tanned) and reading the 4th Twilight-book ‘Breaking Dawn’. I am really into the books and I’ve read them so many times, both in swedish and english. I just think they’re awesome! Speaking of Twilight;

There’s at last some intresting news about the Twilight-movie sequel ‘New Moon’. It really hasn’t been anything I thought was too intresting but the official poster is here to checked out! The movie has premiere at November 20 this year.

Soundtrack, May 19th 2009.

The only part of the soundtrack of may 19th is Green Day’s brand new CD ‘21th Century Breakdown’ which I bought today. I’ve been waiting so long and then when I came out I didn’t have any time to buy it. Guess how that felt!? At least I hvae it now and it’s awesome. I was kind of worried when Billie Joe first said he was composing at lot of the songs on the piano, but then I thought that it would be great even if he compose it on a harmonica and it truly was more than great! Really, you should buy it even if you just like them a little bit. If your not a confirmed fan as I am you will like it.

Volcom

Volcom is one of my favorite brands. They have comforatble, pretty garments and it’s funktional. It’s basically a skatebrand but they make a lot of different stuff also. You can of course wear it even if you arn’t a skater because it is gorgeous clothes. I like both the mens clothes and the woman clothes I’m going to show a few sample for both genders below.

Today has been a really boring day. It’s raining and it doesn’t look likes it’s getting better. I think some people can feel sick when it is bad weather, don’t you get a little bit more tired and loose the motivation to get up from bed in the mornings? At least I do. When I see it’s raining in the morining I wish I could go back to sleep again.

Right now I wish I could be on this beach called Pigeon Point Beach in Tobago. Doesn’t it look lovely? I wanna go to Tobago now. It seems like a cool place to be since it’s also known as ‘The Pirate Island’.

I would wear a blue bikini from H&M with flowers in yellow and pink. this is one of my fave bikinis this season and its C-H-E-A-P.

And when it’s getting colder or if I’m looking for something to drink I would put this gorgeous beachdress, with stars from Asos.com, on my sunburned body.

OMG! A totally lovely daydress in nudecolors which is very in, and of course cute, this season. It’s aready out of stock but keep waiting for it to arrive again!

Homework.

I’ve got so much homework to do. I have two tests this week; science and home economics. Science is the hardest, most boring thing to do in my opinion. Especially study it before a exam. I have chemistry, biology and physics at 110 pages together.

Also my room looks like a mess! It’s clothes, shoes, dirty socks and books everywhere. I wish I had a dressingroom. If I had one I would tidy it up all the time so it looked good and I would like it to be in white and black with lots of full-figure-mirrors and good lighting. Or I would might have one with details made in three. I think thats a good look for a proper dressingroom. There would be a make-up table with a pretty chair and a mirror with light bulbs around it.

Five ways to…

…Put color into your outfit!

A outfit can sometimes feel boring, uninspired and not so very colorful. I’ll show how to change that even if you’re not into bright colors or colors at all.

Sunglasses

 

Those purple sunglasses a la Ray Ban wayfarer ( which are cooler than fake but an awful lot more expensive) are a good safe choise if you’re looking for a new pair. They are timeless and this color will lively things up but arn’t too tacky.

Bandana

Rihanna wears a gorgeous pink bandana with black dots. A bandana is useful when your hair is messy or unwashed but it still looks freaking good. Rihanna has a wounderful style and I’m jealous of her. In my opinion she has the coolest style of all celebs.

 

Belt

If you wear a high-waisted skirt, pant or a dress you can wear this red belt. If you have low-waisted garments the bely won’t usually show under the top. It might just be me… If you match a red belt with a black dress you’ll have a salsa-style but that’s only stylish.

Bag/clutch

  

A bag or a clutch is a good way to put color into a outfit. This bag’s from Marc Jacobs but I prefer to buy cheaper one in color so I can buy many and match them with different garments and outfits. A good tip when you buy a designerbag is to choose a timeless one. Like in black or brown leather so you don’t buy a cobaltblue so it’ll be out the very next season.

Shoes/Ballerinas

Another good way to wear a color is on shoes. I like ballerina in the summer and noone who reads this blog can have missed that I’m in love with coral. I like those leather ballerinas even if I always buy fakeleather because I wear them one summer and then they’re broken/smells like monkeys/dirty.

Bikini

I thought this halterneck bikini was someting extra. It looks pretty unusual with the print and I never seen anything like this brief. Of course the print with peace signs and sequins is gorgeous.
